Reuse (everything you can)

The second step to Reduce, Reuse & Recycle is to reuse what you already have. Instead of throwing away what you already have and purchasing another, reuse what you already have.

You can reuse items by repairing them, donating them to a charity or selling them. Reusing products is even better than recycling because the item does not need to be reprocessed before it can be used again.

Reusable Grocery Bags

Consider using a reusable grocery bag when going to the store. Many stores now offer a discount for each bag saved. See http://www.reusablebags.com/ for ideas and suggestions.

See counter in the left column to see how many plastic bags have been used this year.
